Review all inputs before diagnosing performance. If the data is too limited, the goal is unclear, or the posts lack enough context for comparison, ask specific clarification questions. Pause and wait for clarification before producing the diagnosis.
### Instructions
Diagnose performance using the goal provided, not vanity metrics alone. A post with low reach but strong comments may be more valuable than a high-reach post with no meaningful action, depending on the goal.
Look for patterns across multiple posts. Identify whether weak performance is likely caused by topic selection, positioning confusion, broad audience targeting, weak hooks, unclear payoff, repetitive content, low emotional relevance, poor format choice, weak proof, poor timing, or lack of distinct point of view.
Compare underperforming posts to stronger examples if provided. Identify what the stronger content does differently, such as clearer audience pain, sharper promise, better specificity, stronger story, useful structure, or more compelling opinion.
Avoid giving generic advice like “post consistently” unless the evidence supports it. Prioritise fixes that are specific to the provided content and realistic for a creator or small team.
