Terms of Service – Promptozia.ai

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Promptozia.ai, a product operated by Moza Digital Pte Ltd.

By accessing or using Promptozia.ai, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Account

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • All activities that occur under your account.

Each account is for a single user only. Sharing, reselling or transferring your account is not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3. Service Description

Promptozia.ai provides access to a library of AI workflows, business systems, prompt frameworks, guides and related content.

We may add, update, improve, modify or remove content and features at any time to improve the platform.

4. Purchases & Lifetime Access

Promptozia.ai offers both free and paid plans.

Paid plans are purchased with a one-time payment and include lifetime access to the purchased plan.

“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the Promptozia.ai service. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

5. Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Promptozia.ai, including workflows, business systems, prompt frameworks, guides, text, graphics and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Moza Digital Pte Ltd.

You may:

  • Use the content for your personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense any content.
  • Share your account with others.
  • Copy, publish or commercially reproduce Promptozia.ai content.
  • Use Promptozia.ai content to create a competing product or service.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to scrape, copy or automate extraction of platform content.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
  • Circumvent access controls or membership restrictions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Promptozia.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results.
  • Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
  • Business, financial or marketing outcomes.

You remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moza Digital Pte Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data arising from the use of Promptozia.ai.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including where you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse or abuse the platform.
  • Share your account or distribute protected content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
