Promptozia.ai is a digital product operated by Moza Digital Pte Ltd.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of digital access:

All purchases are final once access to Promptozia.ai has been granted.
Business Pass and All Access are one-time lifetime purchases.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Lack of usage.
- Dissatisfaction with results.
- Failure to fully utilise the platform.

Paid plans provide lifetime access to the purchased plan.

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Promptozia.ai service and does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser.

Refunds may only be considered where required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances such as:

Duplicate charges.
An incorrect amount being charged.
Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
