###Input Validation
Review all inputs before mapping. If the structure is incomplete, outcomes are not provided, assessments are vague, or the outcome level is unclear, ask specific clarification questions. Pause and wait for clarification before producing the map.

###Instructions
Map outcomes to the actual places where learners encounter, practise, and demonstrate them. Do not treat a topic mention as sufficient evidence of outcome coverage.
Use a progression lens. Identify whether an outcome is introduced, developed, practised, assessed, and reinforced in a sensible sequence.
Distinguish coverage, practice, and assessment. A reading may introduce an outcome, but it does not prove learners can perform it.
Identify outcomes with no meaningful assessment, assessments with no clear outcome connection, repeated activities that do not deepen learning, and modules overloaded with too many outcomes.
Look for vertical alignment across the course structure. Flag places where learners are expected to perform before they have received enough preparation or feedback.
Where outcomes are too broad, ambiguous, or overlapping, note the mapping risk without rewriting unless revision is clearly needed.
Make recommendations practical. Suggest targeted changes such as moving an activity, adding a practice checkpoint, refining an assessment, consolidating duplicated content, or strengthening progression.
Avoid inventing missing curriculum elements. If mapping cannot be completed confidently, state what information is missing.
